Colin, a former England youth international, joined the Blues on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 1992. He made his Latics League debut on 28th January 1992 against Fulham at Craven Cottage. The game resulted in a 1-1 draw and Colin scored Latics’ goal. He was to figure in 7 consecutive League games, scoring 2 League goals before returning to Molineux.
